From kindergarten, I began attending drawing classes and art classes, followed by studying art in college and pursuing a master's degree in creative arts. In my free time, I enjoy strolling through markets, scavenging, participating in temple festivals, working with clay, attending parties, savoring snowflake cakes, collecting dog stickers, and printing T-shirts with designs that older generations may find hard to understand. Currently, I am an occasional high school art teacher, an occasional graphic designer, and an occasional tattoo artist. I specialize in creating whimsical scenes through window views, incorporating puns and awkward landscapes into my work.

Bio

My name is Chen Nien Ying, an artist. I was born on November 11th in Taipei and grew up in Sanchong. I am a new-generation individual of mixed heritage from Xinying and Xingang.
